Cauliflower dough

Ingredients

2 cups of chopped cauliflower
A pinch of salt
Bag of parmesan cheese
1 egg

  1. Turn on the oven at 200oC.
  2. Chop up the cauliflower by putting it in a blender. After that, put it into the microwave for 30 seconds and then put it in a gauze or cloth and squeeze excess fluid.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a bowl, and add the parmesan, egg and pinch of salt. Mix.
  4. Arrange the mixture on baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.

TIP: After baking, you can put the cheese, add the mushrooms and anything else you like to put on a pizza and then bake an additional 10 minutes.
